Shari Link is the artist behind Shari Link Art. With more than 25 years of experience, she has built a respected career creating custom murals and original paintings that bring warmth and personality to the spaces they inhabit.

What began as a hobby in the late 1990s quickly grew into a full-time profession. Encouraged by a friend, Shari picked up a paintbrush and soon transitioned from a career in banking to pursue art full-time. Since then, nearly all of her work has come through word-of-mouth referrals and long-standing client relationships.

Shari specializes in large-scale murals and original canvas paintings. Her murals can be found in private homes and businesses, while her canvas work captures light, emotion, and a deep sense of place. Whether she’s painting a peaceful landscape or a vibrant, personalized mural, her work is known for its thoughtful detail and inviting feel.

Her talent has reached beyond her local community. She was featured as the artist on ABC’s Extreme Home Makeover during the show’s visit to the area, where she painted a charming replica of the White House as a playhouse for the children. In 2017, she created colorful motivational murals in the bathrooms of Fayetteville Academy to promote kindness and self-esteem — a project she completed at no cost after raising community support.

A mother of two, Shari approaches every project with care and creativity, always aiming to create something that brings lasting joy to the people who live with it. While much of her work is commissioned, she also offers original paintings and limited prints for those who want to bring a piece of her art into their own homes.

After more than two decades of building her business through referrals alone, Shari is excited to share her work more widely through her website — while continuing the personal, relationship-driven approach that has defined her career.
